Adam Katz

Adam Katz began working in the financial arena in 1999 when he moved from his career in education to the life insurance market. Adam graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro as a member of the inaugural class of North Carolina Teaching Fellows. During his time in the classroom, he saw the impact of financial situations on his students. As he moved into the financial industry, he carried with him the passion for educating his clients and securing their financial legacies. Adam has been an independent business owner for the past 23 years helping families with life insurance, retirement planning, and estate planning. He is a co-author of 2 books–Safe Money: Your Road Map to Retirement and Save Smarter Not Harder: Your Guide to Tax-Free Retirement.

Emily Katz

Emily Katz got an early start in financial services at the age of 18 while attending NC State University. She graduated with her 4-year bachelor’s degree in business marketing at the age of 19 and continued full time in financial services. Emily grew up watching her parents work in this industry and since she was 9 years old, she has been passionate about using financial services to help protect families and secure their legacies.
